Designated well and sick entrances

We are Open!

We value the health of every one of our patients and staff, therefore, we have added some additional precautions:

- Designated well and sick entrances and exam rooms (follow the signs posted outside the office).

- We are now offering telehealth appointments.

- Limit family members that accompany patients to their appointment.

- Call the office with any questions or concerns (419-207-1085 or 419-524-1085)

Our team will work hard to preserve the health and well-being of this community we are so thankful for.
